My client requires an enthusiastic Site Engineer to join their expanding Civil's department.

The role will consist of immediate involvement within a live scheme from their portfolio of live contracts across Northern Ireland.

The management role will include the overseeing and supervising of a civil construction site, where you will be supported by the established in-house teams, including the Commercial, HSEQ, and Account departments.

The successful candidate will report to the Contracts Manager, and initial duties will include overseeing management of a construction site including setting out/surveying, interpretation and communication of drawings and specifications to the Site Team, ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to, ordering and management of site materials and assisting the commercial team with contract administration, to name a few.

The applicant needs to demonstrate a sound interest in the construction industry and be able to lead a team.

The candidate's qualifications and experience should include:
* Minimum 2 years post graduate experience as a Site Engineer and demonstration of ability and keenness to take on additional responsibilities to effectively manage delivery of works elements
* Possession of a clean driving licence
* Possession of a valid CSR/CSCS Card (or equivalent)
* An Engineering degree or equivalent, with Acad experienceGibson Banbridge Ltd support ongoing educational and professional development.
