A site engineer job in Lancashire paying £40,000 + package for a regional contractor.

Your new company
You will join well-established main contractor / developer based in Lancashire. They specialise in new build and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, leisure, residential & retail schemes up to £8m. Due to their continued growth and confirmed order book for 2018 they are recruiting a site engineer to join their construction division.

Your new role
You will carry out precise works to project specifications. You will understand and interpret drawings and check on setting out points. You will ensure equipment is recorded and appropriately certified and prepare and revise drawings, ensuring that designs adhere to building regulations. The majority of your work will be carried out across Lancashire.

What you'll need to succeed
You will currently be working as a site / setting out engineer for a contractor holding a range of project experience. You will hold a CSCS card and First Aid certificate. SMSTS is desirable.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 + package. You will receive support from the Construction Manager and work for a well-established contractor with excellent future prospects.
