Site/Construction Manager - HC63

Solutions Recruitment are looking for an experienced Site/Construction Manager to join one of our Utility clients based in Glasgow.

Working for one of the UK's biggest utility service providers, your ability to control and manage multiple projects closely on behalf of clients will be second nature. Your background in water related projects and passion for managing stake holders at high levels will be met with the support of a multi-disciplinary team all working towards successful project delivery and post-handover client and customer management. In return, you will benefit from working with a successful specialist contractor with a significant presence in the region, which has a continued and full forward order book throughout various utility work streams.

To be considered you will need prior, comparable experience and the following qualifications or essential experience;

Pipeline Diameter experience/SMSTS / NRSWA Supervisor / EUSR Water Hygiene & Utility SHEA / NEC Commercial Awareness / Full understanding of SSOW & RAMS.

Due to the complexity and range of day-to-day responsibilities, you must seek enjoyment in exercising your superb communication skills, desire to achieve excellent results and achieve zero incidents on clean water projects in Glasgow area. In this role, you will have to effectively communicate across a range of stakeholders from network technicians, to planners, the client, site supervisors, schedulers and operational gangs taking a proactive and strategic approach. Additional responsibilities will include managing complaints, the depot weekly resource plan, and leading on necessary procurement decisions.

LOCATION: Glasgow

SALARY: Competitive with Company car, Pension, Healthcare.

CONTRACT: Permanent
