Multi Trades Recruitment are working on behalf of a national kitchen installation company who are looking for a field based "Special Projects Site Coordinator".
You will be covering the South of London region.
About The Role
Field based, you will coordinate the installation process of kitchens into "office to residential" projects. This type of "special project" consists of buildings which are having their use altered, so potentially a large office block being transformed into domestic dwellings/flats/houses etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all of the following:
- Kitchen showrooms
- Kitchen design
- 'PlanIt' or 'Fusion' software [or similar]
- Working on/around large building sites
- People management skills
- Knowledge of how the construction industry works - CSCS desireable
- Social housing surveying
- Organising & managing work loads for construction or maintenance staff
