Site Based Project Manager

Looking for a Site Based Project Manager on a Permanent basis.
Initial Project is a Premier Inn - New Build in Holyhead.
Needs to be someone that has out and out new build experience can be across anyhtiung such as schools, hotels, retail etc but need to have build if theyve built a Premier Inn it is a big bonus. Theyve got to be able to trust them on site to run the whole project and report solely in to a roaming contracts manager.
Project is due to start in 5 - 6 weeks and will run for 40 + weeks value theyre looking around is £5 million.
They will be required to work 5 days a week 9 - 5.
Timber framed new build out of the ground all of the way to handover.
Will be very client facing and in charge of setting up and attending all of the client meetings, changing and following the programs. They must be presentable and wants someone who he sees as a builder by nature, have to have a trade background in build such as a bricklayer or someone with strucutral trade background.
NB expereince is the MIT.

Salary will pay up to £55 but would rather stay around £45 - £50K + Car Allowance + Package
People that he likes to see on a CV are Willmott Dixon, ISG Construction, Carefoot and some of the other new build companies.
Have to be willing to work NATIONWIDE but a lot of the work that theyve got is in the North West section of Endland and Wales.

The succesfull candidate will be in the office for 2 - 3 weeks prior to the project starting to get them used to the systems and the way that the company works.
