Site-Based Administrator (12 Month FTC)

Location: Stamfordham, Northeast
Contract Type: 12 Month FTC - Potential to go permanent

Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with excellent communication skills? My client are seeking a Site-Based Administrator to support operations, coordinate tasks, and ensure the seamless delivery of maintenance services across key contracts.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Administrative Coordination: Assigning maintenance tasks, tracking progress, managing purchase orders, and updating client and internal systems.
  • Client Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, and providing updates on job progress.
  • Supporting Operations: Assisting with compliance reporting, invoice preparation, and day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Managing engineer schedules, ensuring SLAs are met, and supporting supply chain processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Driving efficiency in processes while maintaining high standards of customer service.

What They're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CAFM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience using Maximo CAFM system.
