You will be based in the heart of Dundee, however some travel may be required so you must have your own transport.
To have success in this job you need to be an innovative thinker and excellent administrative as well as customer service skills are essential.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week
Here's what you'll be doing on a typical day in the office:
- Providing excellent customer service externally as well as internally
- Operating MS Office
- Supporting managers with any ordering of equipment/stock
- Updating spreadsheets and in-house systems
People who we have previously been taken on have been highly organised and have had experience working in an administrative environment. Most importantly though you need to have good MS office skills, ability to converse effectively at all levels and you need to enjoy working in a busy environment.
