SIPP Administrator

My client a leading Pensions and Wealth Planning Company is actively looking to recruit a skilled Wealth Planning SIPP Administrator to join their very successful Pensions Team based in the Godalming area.  This is a fabulous opportunity for a skilled Pensions Administrator to join a growing and expanding Team.  From a pensions background, you will be able to hit the ground running straight away and have a wealth of Pensions exposure, preferably within Self Invested Pensions.  The company rewards talent and you will be recognised for your skills within Pensions.  The salary is exceptional and this is certainly a brilliant opportunity. 

• Writing minutes for marketing meetings
• Updating website - GAD rates, updated literature
• Helping with seminars - invites, booking venues, attending, cpd certs
• Keeping track of invoices, updating team Budget spreadsheet
• Updating literature
• Checking and coordinating new business applications/paperwork and submitting to then admin team.
• Maintaining introducer database
• Preparing SIPP illustrations
• Taking/fielding phone calls
• Organising online access for clients & advisers
• Ordering stationery
• Reading / google alerts, financial publications looking for references
• Liaising with design companies
• Monitoring Enquiries mail box

6 Months + working in a Financial services environment 
Ideally Pensions experience, however other Pensions expertise is welcomed.

excellent communication skills
