You will be responsible meeting and greeting visitors to the school and be responsible for signing people and in and out.
You must have excellent organisational skills and a great telephone manner. You must have excellent ICT and typing skills as you will be required to support all administration services and be responsible for the accurate maintenance of confidential pupil and staff information on SIMS. Some finance support and cash handling will be required.
Experience of working in a school would be desirable however a sound administration background is essential. Great organisational skills and time management needed. Confidentiality and safeguarding is key to this role.
