Reporting to the Operations Manager for Contracts & Installations, your role will be to provide effective signage installation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. This role can involve graphics / manifestation / wall paper application but an important part of the role is hard Signage installation.
A Full UK Licence is essential for this role and you will be provided with a full set of company branded clothing and PPE, as well as a company van which is air conditioned and comes with full range of equipment.
You must provide your own safety shoes and have your own small toolbox with hand-held tools.
KEY AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend site to install various sign systems in a timely and efficient manner
Load and unload company vehicles, ensuring signs are well protected at all times
Apply vinyl graphics and digitally printed media
Operate light machinery and tools
Maintain personal tools and equipment
Check and sign off works on job sheet & complete SOFT reports when required
Ensure that the Pre-Installations Room is organised and kept tidy
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Previous sign fitting/manufacturing experience
Achieved a related NVQ or SVQ level 2 or completed an employer sponsored apprenticeship which included the achievement of a City and Guilds of London Institute Craft Certificate
Ability to understand architectural drawings and floor plans
CSCS, IPAF, PASMA & Fall Arrest qualified an advantage
Ability to work at height
Graphic and design understanding
Previous experience in making electrical connections an advantage

Duration Permanent with a 3 month - 12 worked week ( 60 working days ) probation period, during which you will be paid weekly in arrears by Reed Engineering
Salary £25,000 per annum = £12.02 an hour
Hours 40 hours a week
Times 8.000am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch
Holiday 20 days plus ( of which 3 must be kept back for Xmas shutdown ) plus the 8 Bank Holidays, rising to 25 days plus the 8 after 5 years’ service
