Showroom Sales Associate - Hackney - £23,000- £25,000 basic

I am working with an established independent, family-run domestic appliance goods store based in Hackney looking for a confident Showroom Sales Associate to join their sales team. Established locally for over 90 years, they have earnt a reputation which encourages repeat business from customers due to the quality of service they offer. You will work closely with the showroom manager who will offer full support in learning about the products and services they offer.

You would be joining a close knit team who will encourage and support you to reach your targets.

This is a customer facing role where you will be helping and assisting customers, providing product information and advice to help them identify the right products to buy. It is essential that you have exceptional customer service skills.

You would be working 5 days a week 09:00 - 18:00. Commission is paid in addition to the base salary offered.

KEY SKILLS

• Experience working within a face to face retail environment is essential, if you have experience selling electric goods or any white goods/domestic appliance that would be great - but is not essential.
• Proven customer service, sales and fantastic communication skills.
• You must have good numeracy skills.
