Job Title: Showroom & Sales Administrator
Location: Ipswich (near the John Lewis by Alston's Business Park with free parking)
Basic Salary: £18,00 to £22,000
Bonus: You can earn more by having lots of quality conversations with potential customers
Days: Full-time with four weekdays and a Saturday from 9am to 5pm

We’re helping a very well established regional leader in home makeovers. Think lovely kitchens, awesome tiles and new wet rooms.
And we need your awesome admin skills and bubbly personality to help the team help more customers.
You’d be based in the office but also be responsible for chatting with those in the showroom, plus you’d need to be able to run down to the workshop and chat with the workshop team and fitters.

Your skills, experience and personality will match the following:
Strong admin and computer skills
Excellent communication skills - emails, phone and face to face
Good Excel skills to track sales processes
Be very customer focused and love doing all you can to make them happy
Answer the phones in the showroom and office
An interest in homes, kitchens, bathrooms, design (no design skills needed)
Able to use your friendly personality to build rapport easily
Able to learn new computer systems
You’re also super organised (a place for everything!)
Liaise with customers and the fitting team to ensure everyone knows when the appointments are scheduled
You’ll be able to work Saturdays most weeks and 4 days during the week 9am to 5pm.
