Our client based in the luxury accessories market in West London are looking for an experienced showroom assistant to join their friendly and vibrant team.

The Role - Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with key customers by phone and email, providing advice and updates on our brand portfolio
  • Part of a customer centric team where high customer Service is paramount
  • Support with internal and overseas communications
  • Interaction on Stock Management System
  • Report running and help with analysis
  • Preparing showroom for appointments and market weeks, identifying areas where to add value and helping contact prospective customers
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Packing and shipment of materials
  • Support with general admin and showroom organisation
  • Desire to add value at all stages of work

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Must have interpersonal skills, technical abilities and phone skills.
  • Strong communication skills including phone, excellent listening and writing skills
  • Proficient with email, voicemail, MS Office, Excel
  • Highly Numerate
  • CRM and Systems experience is a bonus
  • Ideally a graduate with a min 2nd class honours degree
