BCSC Shopping Centre Manager looking for a new challenge or Centre Operations Manager looking for that next step? This Shopping Centre, based in the East Midlands, needs a strategic thinking BCSC shopping Centre Manager who is looking for a challenge (or perhaps a Centre Operations Manager looking for that next step). The centre has really good quality department store anchors and is due to undergo re-development to provide an even more exciting retail experience for its customers.

Ideally a BCSC Shopping Centre Manager, you will be a strong relationship builder, able to work with and manage tenants, strategic thinker - looking at ways of increasing footfall & sales, prepare & manage service charge budgets, driving forward the retail experience for the customers and manage a team of staff including an Operations Manager.

This BCSC Shopping Centre Manager role will include:

  • Service charge budget - management & preparation
  • Tenant relationships
  • Lettings
  • Planning and working on the centre redevelopment
  • Strategy to include improving trading
  • Overseeing marketing and commercialisation
  • Staff management
  • Procurement
