A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager has arisen to work with a well-known and innovative brand in Bournemouth. This diverse and evolving branded organisation are expanding their marketing team with this brand-new role due to growth, the position is initially a 12 months fixed term contract, with a possible permanent role.
This position would suit an individual with similar shopper marketing experience and a track record representing a brand within a commercial FMCG background. You will have the drive and passion to market the company's culture and brand, with a view to influence shoppers and retailers.
You will have experience in the FMCG sector building relationships with internal colleagues, agencies and retailers, ensuring productivity is driven forwards through product education and influencing. You will have good project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time. The ability to present to retailers is also essential.
Roles and responsibilities:
*Through test and learn strategies and market analysis you will be able to place yourself in the shopper mind set.
*Communicate with agencies and build a strong working relationship.
*Lead the planning and development of shopper marketing strategies.
*Deliver excellent visibility of the company's brand via multiple online and visual tools.
*Ensure the company's sustainable and ethical practices are maintained.
*Work within limited budgets whilst delivering maximum impact.
