Twinings are seeking a confident and engaging Shopper Marketing Executive to cover a 6-8 month secondment. You will be working in the vibrant shopper team, working closely with sales and marketing across their portfolio of brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the operational execution of the brand strategy within the world’s second largest producer of tea.

As the Shopper Marketing Executive, you will be highly focused upon understanding shopper behaviour with the main purpose being leading the design and execution of insightful customer campaigns with key Hotel, restaurant and café partners that drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities include working with the Category and Customer Insights teams ensuring initiatives are fully aligned for commercial execution, briefing customer marketing agencies to deliver key customer engagement tools/sales propositions and designing, planning and implementing Marketing Activation campaigns including digital and trade PR.

Additional responsibilities include analysing and tracking campaign results, communicating project progress, and ensuring customer feedback is proactively gathered and shared.

You will be confident in communicating with agencies and customers and have a keen interest in understanding the drivers of shopper behaviour.

Previous experience in sales, category or marketing within an FMCG company would be preferred; however, experience of delivering commercial projects with multiple stakeholders is paramount.
