Your new role
As the organisation's shipping clerk you will be in a varied role covering but not limited to the following duties:

  • Obtain correct Import paperwork from Foreign suppliers and redirect all shipping paper work to the relevant parties (banks / freight forwarders etc.)
  • Liaise with Foreign suppliers, freight forwarders and design team with reference to all imports and shipment consolidation.
  • Arrange shipments in a timely and cost effective manner. Raise and administer Letters of Credit issued by the bank for foreign suppliers


What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a shipping organisation an advantage
Excellent administrative experience
Good knowledge and experience of Excel
Previous experience with ladieswear an advantage
