Shift Manager - All Day Busy Brasserie
An established, exciting restaurant owned by a renowned Chef looking for an EXCELLENT SHIFT MANAGER. The menu focuses on seasonal Israeli cuisine with a modern twist.
This position is FLOOR BASED. You will be contracted to 45 hours per week, and the job will be purely customer service orientated.
This is a fast paced, dynamic restaurant. It is open for Breakfast, Lunch, Pre-Theatre Dinner and Dinner, 7 days a week. Averaging 400 covers per day.
As a FLOOR / SHIFT MANAGER you will be working alongside three other shift managers, who will report directly to the General Manager. You will be responsible for the smooth day to day operation of the restaurant floor, anticipating customer needs before they have been asked and delicately handling any situations that may arise.
You will need to have a hands on approach to work, as you will be responsible for leading and managing the team of junior staff.
You will also need to have a very strong passion for food. This restaurant is founded by a dedicated Chef, who prides himself in the enthusiasm his staff share for his food and business.
We are looking for interesting and friendly SHIFT MANAGERS to join our team. Having previous experience of working in high volume, quality restaurants, and Michelin star/ rosette backgrounds would be preferred but is not essential. However we do ask that you must have at least 1 years' experience at a similar position to be able to apply.
