This market leading specialist manufacturer of goods are looking to recruit within the engineering department. This company have an enviable reputation for delivering excellence across the whole product range and have invested over £150million in recent years to ensure this manufacturing facility is one of the most technologically advanced factories in Europe.
You will be working within the engineering team and be responsible for carrying out day to day maintenance activities on all manufacturing equipment and actively drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Responsible for breakdowns, PPM activities and ongoing machinery improvements and modifications
*You will have the luxury of working within a fully automated manufacturing environment and on a wide range of machinery and technology
*Equipment on site includes - PLC systems, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, control systems, servo drives
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
*Engineering apprenticeship - Mechanical or electrical
*Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
*Strong problem solving/fault finding ability
Benefits and package details
*£33,000 annual salary
*Days/Nights - Monday to Thursday
*Contributory Pension scheme from day 1
