Yolk Engineering & Technical is proud to be working with this global industry leading manufacturing business in the recruitment of a Maintenance Electrician.

You’ll join a large Maintenance team and enjoy a varied role working across different areas of production, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support. The company has a strong culture of team work and support and an impressive record of employee retention.

You’ll work the following shift pattern:

Week 1 - Nights (Sun 17:45 - 06:00 / Mon to Thurs 21:45 - 06:00)

Week 2- off

Week 3 - Nights (Friday & Saturday 17:45 - 06:00)

Week 4 - Afternoons (Mon to Thurs 13:45 - 22:00 / Fri 11:45 - 18:00)

Week 5 - Mornings (Mon to Thurs 05:45 - 14:00 / Fri 05:45 - 12:00)

Essential:

- Strong Electrical background

- 17th edition wiring regulations

- BTEC National or City & Guilds and HNC

- At least 5 years’ experience in a busy manufacturing environment

Advantageous but not essential

- MEWP and Harness trained

- Hydraulic/Pneumatic controls

- Some mechanical knowledge
