2 X Shift Maintenance Electrician - London Bridge - Iconic Building - £43k
A rare and exciting opportunity has come up to work for the UK's largest facilities maintenance companies in a Iconic building in London Bridge. They have a globally recognisable brand with luxury offices based in London. My client is looking for two key members to complete their professional maintenance team, ensuring this global company can move forward efficiently. You will be working on a Continental Shift working both days and nights.
The suitable candidate will have extensive commercial maintenance experience including all critical systems, Generators, UPS, Chillers, HV Systems, Emergency lighting, Hot and colds, Fire alarm checks, FCU's , AHU's, BMS and riser experience. Particular knowledge of FCUs, water treatment and HVAC is needed and previous experience in a corporate client facing environment would be beneficial as this is a very corporate site. Qualifications required for this role include City and Guilds 236 Part 1&2, 17th Edition and HV Authorisation would be highly desirable.

Hours of Work:
Continental Shift Pattern, 12 hour shifts, Days & Nights - 7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am
- Electrical Qualifications City and guilds, NVQ or equivalent Level 2 and Level 3
- 17th Edition
- HV Authorised (Desirable)
- Proven Track record in Commercial Maintenance
- Critical Building Experience would be beneficial
- Ability to work in the UK
