Shift Based Support Analyst
Our support services team has over 100 members, who work together to share their wealth of knowledge with both each other and our customers, whilst supporting customers across the whole of the United Kingdom. About the role
You will be supporting our customers using our Emis web platform that is used by over 60,000 users in more than 10,000 organisations. To be successful in this role, we are looking for exceptional customer service skills and a passion for IT.
We can offer you the training and support to excel your career in IT.
You`ll be part of a team of 12 other shift operations analysts, who work different 12 hour shifts on a 24-7 basis. This generally consists of 4days, 4 nights on a 4 on, 4 off rotational basis.
This role is SHIFT based which could consist of:
4x 7am-7pm shifts
4x days off
4 7pm - 7am Shifts
4x days off
You`ll join a team that is a forward thinking, enthusiastic and hard working. Our support analysts regularly get involved with social events such as company backed charity events.
Who you are
-Excellent customer service skills
-A good understanding of Windows 7, 10
-An active interest in IT
-Excellent organisational skills
-Previous experience in IT support
-A certification in an IT related course (MTA, CompTIA, Computer science Degree etc).
