The SHEQ Business Partner support the SHEQ Manager to promote a compliance culture and provide an efficient and effective business support service to line Management to maintain and develop SHEQ Management systems.
My Client provides specialist facilities services to public and private sector businesses in the Greater Manchester areas. They are currently seeking a SHEQ Business Partner to join their team based in Stockport.
To be responsible for driving, managing and co-ordinating SHEQ management systems, accreditation's, permits and licenses within the company, liaising with accreditation bodies and managers to gain and maintain the standards required.
To carry out validation audits against management system standards, compliance to legal and other standards and produce and report SHEQ performance indicators demonstrating continual improvement within agreed time-scales.
- Background working in a health and safety, quality assured and/or environmental management standard environment.
- Proven track record in the production and presentation of reports, briefings, training to variety of audience levels including Directors.
- Ability to design, develop and skilfully deliver SHEQ training packages to a wide variety of audiences.
Membership or ability & willingness to work towards membership of a relevant professional body i.e. IOSH, IEMA, CQI
