Our client is looking for inspirational, resilient and creative teachers/graduates in Customer Services to join their team of educators working with adult learners. This is an opportunity for a passionate individual who wishes to work in a stimulating environment and to inspire future customer service officers. The role includes teaching Level 1 Award in Customer Service.

The successful applicants will preferably have a recognised teaching qualification and/or teaching experience. Alternatively, you may have recently graduated or be a practitioner in a relevant field. They are looking for passionate communicators who will bring a wealth of skills and knowledge that will, in turn, benefit the education of their Customer Service students.
