Servie & Maintenance Administrator

My Client is based on Newark Industrial estate and is looking for a full time / perm Service & Maintenance Administrator with technical / admin experience to join a friendly and hard working team within their plumbing and heating division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Booking Engineers schedules

- Management of ordering products and parts

· Order processing & invoicing

· Data inputting / creation of excel spreadsheets

· Responding to telephone enquiries / issues

- Answering the telephone

The ideal candidate will be able to show:

· Attention to detail

· An excellent level of organisation and time managemen is essential

· Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills

· A good level of customer service

· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education / Experience

- Technical experience / knowledge of plumbing or heating or renewable energy

- Computer literate (Moderate to high Excel skills essential)

- Good communication, numeracy and literacy skills

- Smart appearance

- Excellent telephone manner
