Servicing Advisor - 3 Month FTC

Overall Purpose of Job

To facilitate the running of outbound dialler activity ensuring connected calls are transferred in line with the company standards and all regulatory DPA requirements are correctly completed.

Key Accountabilities

  • Carry telephonic duties (manual and/or auto/predictive dialler activities). This will include:
  • Answering connected outbound telephonic campaigns as required

  • Completing Data Protection (DPA) checks

  • Transferring enquiries to appropriate agents/departments

  • Accurately recording conversations onto the COLLECT system

  • Carry out other reasonable tasks & duties as may be assigned by Operations/Team Managers

  • To uphold and promote the company’s customer experience framework to ensure we do the right thing for our customers, people and clients

Knowledge, Skills

  • A demonstrable ability to provide both written and verbal communication skills to a satisfactory level.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, telephoned based financial environment with a desire to exceed expectations

  • To work as part of a team whilst adopting a positive 'can do’ attitude if faced with challenging situations

  • Answering a high volume of calls and maintaining a rapid response rate according to agreed standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at C, to include Mathematics and English
