They are looking for an outstanding customer-focused operations leader to join their Executive Board in the new role of Services Director, leading their UK-wide services for the two million people living with sight loss in the UK today.
You'll lead the National Sight Loss Advice Service including specialist support, covering all service delivery via digital, telephone and face-to-face channels including within hospital eye clinics.
As a pivotal member of the leadership team you'll deliver services and solutions for people across the world that make content, products, services and environments useable and accessible.
Your demonstrable experience in leading, developing, planning and adapting operationally led changes will be crucial to your success in the role.
In the role you'll strategically develop, build and maintain relationships with commercial income generating customers both Business to Customer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B), creating long-term, multi-strand strategic business alliances.
Whatever your sector background, you'll bring a successful track record of delivering service innovation in a customer-driven global environment.
