ServiceNow Business Analyst
My client is looking to recruit a ServiceNow business analyst due to an on-going period of growth. You will join a team that is based in central London. The ideal ServiceNow B.A. will have experience in at least one ServiceNow delivery.
·Run iterative discovery workshops covering: current tools, processes, contracts, integrations, data & third-party suppliers
·Work with process owners and SME’s to define requirements and design solutions, mapping them to the ServiceNow tool
·Actively manage application specific enhancements/defects as assigned to the BA (i.e. Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Configuration & Asset Management)
·Work consultatively with stakeholders and retain focus to achieve the deployment schedule
Key Skills and Experience Required:
·Experience of Service Management implementation/transformation programs as a business analyst (min 2 years) - this can include other tool sets (such as BMC Remedy, HP SM etc.)
·Experience of taking ownership for core ServiceNow module delivery with minimal management support
·Working business knowledge of consulting services
·Service Management IT industry knowledge, ITIL aware (Foundation minimum)
·Educated to a minimum of higher national diploma level (Degree 2:2 preferred),
Personal Skills Required:
·Ability to motivate through strong leadership
·Strong Stakeholder engagement skills (including negotiation/mediation).
This role will be based from a London office with some flexibility for remote working.
