A ServiceNow Administrator is required to join a leading retailer based in Hampshire on a permanent basis.
For this position the ServiceNow Administrator will work as part of a team developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions for internal business user groups. You will play a key part in gathering and shaping requests for users and have the ability to use your base of knowledge as a ServiceNow Administrator to come up with workable solutions to improve and enhance their service offering. This will look like giving you the opportunity to configure and customise a number of elements of ServiceNow workflows. You will also use your experience to spot opportunities for Automation/integration and put together proposals to demonstrate the benefit to the business.
This role will be ideally suited to someone who has experience with ServiceNow in an administrator capacity looking to take their next step in a business with a host of opportunity to progress. You will be speaking to user groups across the business so a keen desire to help and understand peoples problems and turn them in to workable solutions will be required. Ideally you will have some experience with development practices within ServiceNow and have a keen desire to develop your knowledgebase.
This role is available with a highly competitive salary and benefits package totaling in the region of £45,000 - £49,000 dependent on prior experience.
