We are working with a highly regarded property business who are looking for an exceptional individual to manage the operation of their Serviced Apartments. This role will have overall responsibility for customer service, property management and maintenance and how client facing staff interact with guests.
The role is all about service delivery and ensuring guests expectations are not only met but exceeded. The headline aspects you will manage include:
·Health and Safety
·Overseeing the operational teams
·Staffing management - performance, payroll, recruitment etc.
·Training and development.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a management level position with direct staff leadership and well as guest/client delivery. If you have worked in a similar sector or hospitality that would be a real advantage.
