Are you an IT support or Service Desk Technician that fed up with being sat behind the desk doing the same thing repeatedly and looking to get out and about and be hands on?

If so, this is a great and varied opportunity to do just that as my client invest will in you and will give you full product training, qualifications and progression to build a long successful career if a field based role where you will provide technical product support to clients UK wide on occasion.

The Company themselves specialise in installation, service, and commission of smart home automation, home cinema, CCTV & Security as well as sports simulators for a range of high-end residential clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in excellent customer support for technical products and services, or be of an IT-support background from a Level-1 to Level-3 engineer/technician service-desk perspective.

The Role:

* Provide Technical support on Products to clients
* Filed based role with potential to travel UK wide depending on business needs
* Full training and qualifications given but basic understanding needed

The Person:

* Ability to think in an analytical and adaptable way
* Excellent & proven customer interaction and communication skills
* Clean and valid driving license & willingness to travel
* Experience with wired and wireless networks and equipment
