Service Team Manager Wales

We’re on the search for a Service Team Manager to lead, coach & develop a driven team of our Field Service Engineers (FSEs).  You’ll be the central cog keeping your team moving.  You’ll have full ownership and responsibility of your own area within the Region (Wales) and you’ll be instrumental in delivering our vision of world class service to our partners and customers.

Who we’re looking for

You’ve previous hands-on experience of working with mechanical/electrical equipment.  You’ve significant service management experience including managing large field-based teams. You’ve the ability to quickly build effective relationships and gain the trust and confidence of our partners.  You’re highly organised with strong attention to detail and have the desire for getting it right first time. You’re flexible with a can-do attitude.  And if all that wasn’t enough, you’ve also the following -

  • Team coaching and development
  • Managing and implementing processes
  • Fanatical about customers and obsessed with Growth
  • Bold, brave and executes with pace
  • Ability to learn current and new technology and functionality of the CE machines
  • Being curious about in-life product improvements and best-practice sharing to enhance reliability levels

What you’ll be doing

Playing a pivotal role in Costa Express, you’ll confidently drive, coach and inspire your team to deliver world class service - where only 100% is good enough.  You’ll empower and develop them to fulfil and exceed their potential through regular interactions while reducing technical downtime.  You’ll deliver industry-leading service levels while role-modelling leadership behaviours.  You’ll interact and collaborate with Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to drive efficiencies across the field team.  You’ll support FSEs to build relationships with internal and external partners so that Costa Express can operate all its machines at the highest standard. You’ll provide all FSEs with the development and tools (physical and systems related) to carry out their role effectively.
