Role: Service Support Specialist
Salary: Up to £18K, DOE
Our client are a technology leader in the manufacture and design of their products.
You will provide excellent levels of customer service & support. The role will also provide essential support to both internal teams to ensure a seamless efficient service. This is an exciting new role to the business and is key to help achieve growth plans.
Processing and signposting product enquiries
Customer liaison for advice & support
Assisting customers with troubleshooting their devices
Providing administration support to the team
Working alongside the team on complex product orders
Holiday cover for Operations team colleagues
Loading data (maps) onto products
Reviewing & processing returned items & identifying trends
Adhering to infection control policies
Data entry for complaints database
Inputting product registration data
Updating CRM with relevant information
Logging all calls & e-mails with patients & clinics
The successful candidate:
Will have customer service experience and be capable of handling customer enquiries both over the telephone and by email. You will be highly organised and have comprehensive IT skills, especially in MS Word and Excel. You’ll be self motivated and enjoy working in a 'muck-in’ type culture. Any technical product support experience is desirable but not essential, however you must have a technical aptitude. You will also be comfortable and willing to travel to other office locations, including international travel.
