This role would suit someone that has managed / co ordinate a team of engineers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have;
- An exceptionally high standard of written and spoken English,
- Must demonstrate high organisational skills and be very task focused,
- Good Geographical knowledge of the United Kingdom,
- Computer literate with skills in Excel and word, along with experience of business systems and reporting software
The candidates responsibilities will be;
- Customer management and communication updates to relevant parties including internal and external customers, field engineers and regional Team Leaders,
- Communication with engineering team to facilitate additional tools and resource where required,
- Recurrent updating of service business software and CRM systems,
- Maintain regular contact with regional Team Leader,
- Facilitate delivery of objectives against service KPI's as outlined in personal objectives
