We are looking for an experienced Service & Sales Team Manager to fully manage the national support and services team, of a world leading electrical testing company that are based in Manchester.
Specialists in a unique form of testing, they have cornered their UK market and are enjoying a sustained period of growth. Their work covers power stations and plants across the country, although their head office is in Manchester. As a result of the work they do, their field engineers work to tight schedules that need to be planned and managed weeks in advance.
This is a key position. The successful Service & Sales Team Manager will liaise directly with customers regarding their test procedures and schedules, and directly line manager the field engineers and support staff to make sure customer needs are met.
You will be required to identify business development opportunities with current and new customers, so you must also have sales experience.

To be considered for the role of Service & Sales Team Manager you need a relevant combination of training/qualifications, and the following skills/experience:
- Prior role within sales
- Must have proven experience in managing/leading a team of field engineers
- Excellent customer service & support background
- Experience in delivering to tight deadlines and budgets
- You must have unconditional right to work in the UK
