Our client, a passenger car dealer is looking to recruit a Service Reception Managerto lead their team of Service Advisors and Service support staff at their dealer in Saudi Arabia.

Who we're looking for

  • Experienced Service Advisor for at least five years in a franchised car dealer and currently two years as Service Reception Manager
  • Middle East experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Spoken Arabic an advantage in Jeddah
  • Lead by example to the service team
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Possess excellent customer relation skills
  • IT literate and knowledge of Kerridge Autoline
