We are looking on behalf of our Client to recruit an experienced Service Reception Manager for their busy North West London Dealership.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience within this role or a Senior Service Advisor role.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the department ensuring the workshop is booked sufficiently and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction t all times.

*Hours: 7.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday - 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 4pm
* Main dealer experience required
* Minimum of 5 years experience
* Will consider Senior Service Advisors/Assistant level and looking for the next step up.
