They are looking for a flexible, dynamic individual who thrives in a fast paced operating environment. You will have excellent customer focus, telephone skills, a logical and structured approach to planning, excel in the use of IT systems and be driven to deliver a world class customer service.
You will be a key member of an administration team who support a team of technical staff in the day to day planning and coordination of mechanical and electrical services in line with strict regulatory requirements. You will assist as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, diagnosing and raising repairs and the coordination of engineers. The role underpins front line performance and service delivery, by keeping contracts moving, support compliance and value for money.
All employees are required to undergo a DBS check every 3 years. The level of the DBS check varies depending on the role.
