Our client based in Hertford are seeking an all round co-ordinator. To organise the booking of their Engineers, arranging service appointments and providing a comprehensive office support by answering phones, dealing with customer queries and maintaining records.
- Despatch calls to and work to engineers and sub-contractors based on the correct skills sets, geographical locations and service delivery arrangements.
- Prioritise urgent jobs and plan and dispatch sub contract support to meet urgent demand.
- Production and issue of Purchase Orders and raising of purchase orders and following on with invoicing
- Dispatching work orders to engineers
- Chasing and follow up calls to keep customers updated
- You will be fully involved in the process of the orders from start to finish.
