Our client is looking for a customer service professional within the commercial motor industry to join their successful team as Service Manager. The Service Manager will have a major part to play in achieving success by providing a professional service to all service customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities of a Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Depot Manager / Workshop Controller / Branch Manager
·Previous Service Manager experience and Commercial knowledge is essential
·A customer focused individual with an uncompromising attitude to delivering customer service and maintain a customer centric culture within the service team.
·Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
·Innovative individuals willing to explore new methods of driving performance.
·Ability to work well under pressure.
·Full UK Driving Licence
·Candidates with experience with a brand are preferred
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Depot Manager / Workshop Controller / Branch Manager
·Qualified or skilled Commercial Technician preferred
·Main Commercial Dealership or Large Independent experience
·Initiative to think on your feet when met with difficult situations
·Ability to work as a leader as well as still being part of a team
·A commitment to deliver a first-class customer service
·Career driven and ambition to hit targets
·Knowledge to help team members to move forward
