We are looking for an experienced Service Manager with previous CQC registration to manage a supported living service in Stoke, supporting adults with mental health needs and complex behaviours.
The salary is £30k per annum with excellent benefits which includes 28 days holiday, online benefits, cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers and a comprehensive induction with a commitment to ongoing training. Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person centred support and care. You will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service.
To carry out this role you will need previous management experience and have a strong knowledge of regulatory standards, excellent organisational skills and a real "can do" attitude.
