We are supporting our client in the recruitment of a SERVICE MANAGER to join their main dealership facility in the Plymouth area.
Heading-up a busy and professional manufacturer-approved workshop you will be responsible for the department achieving its objectives:
- Customer Service Standards
You will lead a team of qualified vehicle Technicians and a front desk Service Advisor. You will regularly support the Service Advisor and cover at busy times/absence to ensure a seamless customer experience.
To be considered you will come from an Automotive Service background (Ideally a main franchised dealer but those from the quality independent sector are also invited to apply). You will already be a Senior Service Advisor, Workshop Controller or Service Manager. You will be a competent team-leader who looks to achieve excellence in customer service. You will have a well rounded knowledge of the automotive Aftersales department and its processes.
