As part of this we provide successful supported at our service at Elephant and Castle Gaywood Street we want to build upon the excellent service currently being provided to the 5 people who live at the service of whom require support with their needs and disabilities. PLUS is looking for a service manager who can continue to support and develop this service further and provide support, ensure service users have a wide and varied choice of activities and set outcomes that reflect their appropriate wishes.
You will preferably have experience of managing a similar service but more important is the ability to manage and develop a supported living service and lead a team to provide a supportive but stimulating service to our residents. You will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent. You must also have sound knowledge of DOLS and the Mental Capacity Act 2005, as well as good knowledge of current CQC requirements and regulations.

Salary: £31,462 per Annum
