Service Manager position on offer with a growing company that has a track record of internal promotion and providing its staff with specialist manufacturers' training.
Do you have experience of managing or leading a team? Have you worked within a technical or mechanical environment such as automotive, plant, HGV etc.?
This well-established company have been running for over 50 years and specialise in the sale, service and repair of brand new specialised vehicles and mechanical parts. The company is on track to achieve a record turnover this year, and so wishes to keep up this momentum by taking on a new Service Manager to oversee operations.
This role is based in the company's Uckfield site. You will be responsible for scheduling, directing, mentoring and overseeing the work of the company's service technicians. You will also be expected to carry out repairs and inspections on machinery when required.
This role would ideally suit someone with some experience of leading a team, who also has a background working on large vehicles e.g. HGVs, plant, agricultural etc.
Managers from similar backgrounds such as REME, Navy, RAF, Automotive, HGV and Plant Engineers are encouraged to apply for this role as excellent product training can be given.

*Industry background such as Agricultural, Plant, LGV, HGV Mechanics, Automotive, Ex - Forces will be considered
