Service Manager - (Supported Living)


£34,000 p/a + 38 Days Annual Leave


Compass Associates are working on a retained basis with a well known and highly respected charitable provider that specialise in Residential and Supported Living services to adults with Autism, Challenging Behaviour and other Complex Needs, with a remit to recruit a new Service Manager for a small Supported Living provision located in the Harrow area. The successful candidate MUST hold strong Registered Manager experience within the Health & Social Care sector, and operated across Supported Living and Residential Services that cater for adults with Complex Needs such as; Autism and Mild to Severe Challenging Behaviour.

The Candidate

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to really bring some much needed stability to the service, and someone with a real robust approach. All applicants must hold (or previously held) the CQC Registration and have a background of managing either Residential or Supported Living Services.

Interview Process

Our client are looking to hold a 1 stage interview, which will include a Presentation and Competency based question and answer process. This will be conducted by the Operations Manager and Head of HR.
