We are looking to recruit a Service Manager / Service Lead with experience in dealing with Community Services and Domiciliary Care within Mental Health Services. This role requires a positive and a friendly Manager with strong leadership abilities, strong values about quality care provision and experience of managing teams in order to deliver first class services to the people they support. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take the lead in the day to day management of the Community Services ensuring rotas and care hours as provisioned for.
The Community Services Team Provide Care and support to enable everyday tasks and assisting in days out. You will manage a team of support workers ensuring person-centred care is provided for.
To qualify for the Service Manager / Service Lead role, you will have:
• Demonstrable track record of CQC compliance
• Highly Organised and Driven
• NVQ 4/5 in social care management or equivalent
• Strong people management skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Engaging communication skills
• Ability to forge effective working relationships internally and externally
