Our Client is a franchised automotive dealership based in Oman, they have an immediate opportunity available for an experienced Service Manager to head-up their service department, which is based over two sites and has a headcount of around 50 people.
Who we are looking for
Candidates must have demonstrable knowledge of the retail automotive arena, particularly as a Service Manager, ideally working with a premium passenger car franchise. The Service Manager needs to engage with the manufacturer's representative office in Dubai, customers, staff and senior management, so should be well-connected already within the automotive sector. They must have gravitas, strong presentation skills, and build an agile, results-focused team that gets the business recognised as one of Oman's leading and professional customer-focussed car dealerships.
What's on Offer?
Base salary OMR 2,000 per month (GBP £46,200 per annum) plus quarterly bonus with a realistic OTE £61,600 per annum. Company Car, Phone Allowance, Private Medical and £1,000 monthly living allowance. This role would suit a single or married person, without dependent school-age children.
