Orridge & Co Ltd is a leading stock taking company for major retail outlets throughout the United Kingdom. We are currently looking to recruit for the North West of England. This is a key role within the business who reports directly into the Acting Senior Regional Manager. You will provide a support service to our Clients and counters, you will ensure targets are met whilst increasing productivity and maintaining procedural compliance. You will have the ability to deal with people and be a competent problem solver. You will attend client sites with Sales Executives or CAM's to advise on processes and procedures. You will ensure that counts are completed accurately and timely and to the clients satisfaction. You will ensure best utilisation of staff and equipment, recruit and maintain staffing levels, be responsible for the development of new and existing Supervisors. To ensure all electronic count data and supporting information is delivered on time, to actively improve productivity and attendance and motivate the management team.
You will have multi site experience in either the Retail for Service Sector, be computer literate, hold a full clean driving license, have excellent people and organisational skills, Supervising or man management. You will be flexible as this is not a 9 to 5 role and have excellent communication skills
