My client is looking for an experienced SERVICE MANAGER for their busy dealership to join this already successful team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary with a great bonus scheme.
The role will include:
Handling of customer enquiries both in person and on the telephone
Day to day management of Service Advisors and technicians and management of work in progress
Regular liaison with the workshop to find out the work that has been carried out on customers' vehicles and relaying this to customers
Upselling of service plans and additional service work where appropriate for the customer
Previous experience as a Service Manager in a franchised car dealership (essential)
Leadership skills and the ability to maintain high standards of customer service and drive sales both personally and with the existing Service Advisors
