This major in house pension scheme and genuine household name is looking to hire a Service Management and Reporting Lead to join their Derbyshire based team.
In this role you will be responsible for the management and production of MI reporting, both internally within the administration function and to the wider pension strategic function in an oversight sight role on behalf of the Trustee. The scheme is in the process of transitioning to a new pension software product, so the role holder will be a key stakeholder given the importance of monitoring the implementation of the new system. The role holder will also be responsible for identifying and analysing performance failures, work with the Service Delivery teams to suggest and implementation recommendations.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding in Defined Benefit pensions and their administration and will be highly adept at producing MI reports using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Word. You will also possess excellent numeric and data manipulation skills.
Previous experience of working within an analytical or MI role within a pension environment is essential, though your experience can have been gained either in house or with a Third Party Administrator.
